Research - Origonal Thor & Loki by Stan Lee & Jack Kirby

Here are the original designs of Marvel's Thor and Loki, by Jack Kirby and Stan Lee. This take showed Thor banished to earth for breaking an ancient truce with the his family and their enemy the frost giants. Whilst on earth his memory was wiped of his life on Asgard and he studied medicine under the name Donald Blake. After a decade he was driven to Norway, and while hiding in a cave from an alien invasion he found an old cane, which turned into his mighty hammer Mjolnir that transformed him back into Thor. He fought off the aliens and became a founding member of The Avengers. Whilst I like this Thor for its originality, I'm not a huge fan of the art. I just seem to prefer a more detailed image, such as Alex Ross' take on the same costume.
