Script

Here is my script for my project, with some details on choreography the helped me produce my storyboards. I like this script as I feel it conveys the characters well, the dialogue reads as I imagine they would speak it, and although I feel its long I will cut it down to a minute if necessary, but would like to gain as much footage as possible, just in case it falls short.

1. SCENE 1. EXT. ALPHEIM. DAY

Thor lands down on a hilltop, pan up to a tall and imposing tower in front of him.

THOR

BROTHER! I know you’re in there, reveal thyself!

Loki appears, on the top section of the tower, he turns around and smiles.

LOKI

Ohhh brother, so impatient. What quarrels doth trouble you now?

Cut back to Thor

THOR

I know what power you hide, and it is not one to be controlled. Surrender it, I have no plans to fight today.

Cut back to Loki.

LOKI

That hammer doesn’t exactly look welcoming.

Thor looks angered. Loki looks at his Scepter, glowing in with power.

LOKI (CONT'D)

I rather like it, the power. Tell me, are you afraid brother? I’m afraid if you want what belongs to me, you’ll have to take it.

Cut to Thor, holding his hammer tight.

THOR

So be it.

Thor shoots a bolt of lightning at Loki, who teleports just in time, appearing behind Thor. Loki goes to hit Thor with his staff, who turns just in time to deflect it blow, they teleport to a different world.

                            CUT TO:

EXT. JOTUNHEIM. DAY

The two battle on a cliff top, with mountains in the background, it’s snowing.Thor swing his hammer at Loki, who deflects it, swings his hammer as Loki swings his Scepter at him, he ducks, and as it swings back towards him he catches it, smirks, and heaves the Sceptor into the air, taking Loki with it. They teleport.

                                                                                                                                                   CUT TO:

INT. MIDGARD. NIGHT.

They are teleported and hit the ground hard. Loki looks up to see a zoom in tracking shot of Thor, getting up with lightening tickling around his hammer. Loki raises and runs at Thor, who throws his hammer at him, Loki teleports so the hammer passes through him, and then appears behind Thor to try and stab him with his Scepter, which Thor narrowly dodges. He retrieves his Hammer and goes to hit Loki, when they both teleport.

                                                                                                                                                    CUT TO:

INT. MUSPELHEIM. NIGHT.

They fight horizontally across the screen, clashing blows against each other’s weapons. Mid close up of them, weapons still against each other.

THOR

You know not what power you posses!

Loki presses harder, angry. They teleport.

                                                                                                                                                    CUT TO:

EXT. SVARTALFHEIM. DAY 

Thor lands back down, upon a rocky hilltop. Loki stands above him.

LOKI

(Smiling)

Don’t I?

He slams his Scepter down at Thor who rolls out the way just in time. He rises and they battle upon the rocks, Loki goes to hit Thor with the Sceptor and Thor catches it, one hand with his hammer and one with his hand, and kicks Loki over (or electrical charge pushes him.) Thor raises his hammer and lightening is summoned down to him. He looks at Loki.

LOKI

No no no no.

Thor drops the Scepter and picks him up by his throat.

THOR

(Mockingly)

Afraid brother?

He raises his hammer and summons lightening/Bifrost back to Asgard

End credits roll.
