What are the risks?	Who might be harmed and how?	What are you doing to prevent this?	Do you need to do anything else to manage this risk?
Cuts and scratches.	Actors fighting.	Actors will be in leather costumes to give some protection. Plasters will be provided on set. Fight sequence will be practiced and choreographed.	No.
Lights.	Cast and Crew looking at light when it is turned on.	Whomever turns the lights on, ensures everyone knows they are about to turn them on, and shouts ‘Sparking’ before they do.	No.
Wires	Crew.	Tape wires down.	Place them out of general walking space around the green screen and camera.
