Dai Katsurou

This design by Dai Katsurou, even though it uses no element of pandas, I found the costume interesting. The use of black armour with gold edging is a very cool effect, looking quite villainous and the red cape adding a sense of authority and power to the character, again giving the viewer a little bit of knowledge about the character using only his appearance.
