Shoot 1: Method Statement

Method Statement

Video Filming – 7pm - 9pm 4th December 2013

Location - Level – 2, Rose bowl car park, Leeds.

This section of the film is essentially two superheroes battling with a plastic hammer and a wooden sceptre. There will be heavy uses of CGI also.

There will be two actors (one being director also,) an educational supervisor who will be overseeing health and safety, a camera operator, a crew member to push the tracker, a hair and makeup artist over seeing continuity, a sound recorder and a few runners. In total no more than 10 people will be present.  All members of the team will adhere to the host’s requirements under Health and Safety rules and be briefed on fire exits before shooting begins.

Due to the nature of the film, the two actors will wear leather costumes which will provide protection from small grazes if unforeseen accidents happen (such as tripping over a cape) but no safety equipment will be required. One team member will also be on vehicle look out in the rare chance one arrives.

No lightening will be present as the car park is already lit. All electrical equipment will be battery powered and no generators will be on site.

No smoking or alcohol of any kind will be permitted.
